The SDG Secretariat, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, is thrilled to invite young leaders and enthusiasts from Higher Education Institutions to participate in the 2nd SDG Youth Dialogue. This four-day event, themed 'Sustainable Consumption and Production: A Solution for All’, aims to engage youth in meaningful discussions on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and explore innovative solutions to contemporary challenges with a focus on achieving progress in SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
Supported by BIBD, through the Sustainability Youth Leadership Awards, this forum serves as a platform for participants to contribute to sustainable action by executing project ideation. Four key areas will be focused which are: waste management, food waste, sustainable lifestyle and responsible production.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Registration is only open to youth ages 16-35, providing that they are students of local Higher Education Institutions (IPT).
IPT Alumni: Registrations are only opened to Class of ‘23 and ‘24.
1st SDG Youth Dialogue: You may register, but priority will be given to non-alumni.
Do group members have to be from the same school?
No, you may have students from different institutions as your group members. Individual participants will be grouped accordingly.
If we register as a group, do all the members need to register or only one representative from the group?
All members need to register. If one or more of your group members are from the 1st Cohort, the registrations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can local youth studying abroad participate in the 2nd Youth Dialogue?
No, participants need to be studying in local IPTs for ease of project implementation and continuity. Student alumni from international IPTs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can Sixth Form students participate in the 2nd SDG Youth Dialogue?
The 2nd SDG Youth Dialogue is only opened to local IPT students. Sixth Form alumni waiting to enroll (Intake 24/25) in local HEIs may register.
